Do we need individual tickets?
Most people are making individual bookings and will have received their e-ticket, issued by Eventbrite by email.
If you buy more than one ticket on a booking, your ticket will show this.
During the day you will need to wear a wrist band. Please bring your ticket to reception to get your wrist bands.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
We would prefer that all tickets are bought in advance please.
Please contact us if you think you might be coming on a last minute basis!
What happens if First Aid is needed?
Our designated First Aider is Dr Neil Rushton. Contact number available from the Festival Desk in the foyer.
Where is the Venue?

Will we need to bring a keyboard?
No, there will be a good quality electric piano available for the performances, and keyboards in the rehearsal rooms.
What if I have special mobility or other needs?
We are aiming to be as inclusive as possible! Please use the ticket ordering form or the group booking form to let us know your needs. Alternatively contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can endeavour to make suitable arrangements.
Can my choir reserve places and pay later?
There are plenty tickets left for Sunday 5th May, as it is such a large venue.
We would encourage you to buy your tickets asap.
Can we bring guests to watch the performance?
If you are travelling with a companion who would like to attend the last hour, please contact Ticketing@choirworx.org.uk to discuss.
There will be a small charge for this.
Can we bring our pianist for our performance?
Please contact us via email@example.com to discuss how we can fit them in for you if they are not attending as a workshop attendee.

Where do we sit?
You will be directed by the Festival Ambassors. Seating is unallocated, and you may be asked to sit by voice or in choir groups, or totally random – depending on the activity.
What about parking?
There is lots of parking at The Venue. Please advise when you book if you expect to come by coach, and/or how many cars. Our friendly Steward Sarah will look after you.
What about lunch and refreshment arrangements?
The price is inclusive of teas and coffees and maybe a little treat or two. Please bring water and a packed lunch as we would prefer to focus on enjoying the busking rather than queuing for food.
Nb there is nowhere nearby to buy food.
Can I take photos?
Yes, but preferably not with flashes please. Our photographers will be filming and taking photos.
See “the legal bits”. We would love it if you load your photos to our site or facebook after the event – thanks!
Can I have a refund as I am no longer able to attend?
Sorry no, but we will discuss how your ticket might be transferred in very exceptional circumstances. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Do we need to print our booking confirmation?
Either print it or ensure you can show it to us on a mobile device please.
Can I bring my children?
We welcome children aged 8 or over, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
Ticket prices are all the same.
Purchase of a ticket authorises us to take and publish photos and videos of all attendees.
